L’île de Singapour ne possède aucune source naturelle et l’accès à l’eau fut toujours au centre d’âpres discussions son voisin la Malaisie. En 1962 un accord fut trouvé pour donner le droit à Singapour de puiser de l’eau dans le fleuve malais de Johor, en retour, l’état de Johor avait droit à une provision journalière d’eau traitée de Singapour. I want to make the distinction in particular between a ‘course’ and an LMS. By LMS I mean basically the off-the-shelf, proprietary software platforms such as Blackboard, Canvas, Brightspace, Moodle that are used in 90% or more of post-secondary institutions, at least in Canada.
