Harcèlement sexuel au travail. Les entreprises se dotent d'un référent

La loi pour la liberté de choisir son avenir professionnel instaure, la désignation, au sein de tous les Comités sociaux et économiques (CSE), d'un référent "harcèlement sexuel et agissements sexistes". Il est désigné par les membres du CSE.
