Pour contrer le vieillissement démographique des agriculteurs européens (plus de la moitié a plus de 55 ans et 9 sur 10 ont plus de 40 ans) et faciliter l'installation des jeunes agriculteurs qui se heurtent à des difficultés de financement (refus d'1/4 de leurs demandes de prêts contre 1/10 pour les plus de 40 ans), la Commission européenne et la Banque européenne d'investissement (BEI) lancent un fonds d'investissement d'un montant d'un milliard d'euros.

Le Hcéres, l'Anvur et l'AEI créent un consortium pour l'évaluation d'infrastructures européennes de recherche
Agences européennes d’évaluation, le Hcéres (France), l’Anvur (Italie) et l’AEI (Espagne) ont signé le 1er avril 2019 un accord-cadre de coopération pour l’évaluation d’infrastructures européennes de recherche, créant ainsi le consortium Eriec (European Research Infrastructure Evaluation Consortium).
L’initiative de créer le consortium Eriec est née de l’obligation d’évaluation faite aux infrastructures européennes de recherche sous statut d’Eric (European Research Infrastructure Consortium), au nombre de 20 aujourd’hui, réparties dans diverses disciplines scientifiques. Plus...
