Georgia: anti-torture committee commends authorities for combatting ill-treatment, urges to address informal prisoner hierarchy

Conseil de l'EuropeIn the report on Georgia published today, the Council of Europe anti-torture Committee welcomed the absence of allegations of ill-treatment in the institutions visited, commended the efforts to address overcrowding, improve access to healthcare and living conditions. EUA asks Technopolis to investigate Read & Publish agreements

In a recently published briefing, EUA explores the characteristics of these mergers, clusters and concentration processes over the last two decades, and exposes different commonly found profiles. 4 eurodéputé.e.s docteur.e.s à nouveau candidat.e.s pour la 8ème mandature 2019-2024

Parmi les 12 eurodéputés français, seuls 4 sont à nouveau candidat le 26 mai 2019 sur l’une des 34 listes officielles selon ministère de l’intérieur pour la 8ème mandature 2019-2024. Rappelons que la France a le droit à 79 eurodéputés (contre 74 auparavant) mais 74 entreront en fonction car il se peut encore qu’il n’y ait pas « brexit » au final !
