Guichet Entreprises - Libre prestation de services (LPS)

Guichet-entreprises AccueilPour exercer en libre prestation de services sur le territoire français, c’est-à-dire exécuter en France des actes de sa profession, de manière temporaire et occasionnelle, le prestataire doit répondre à un certain nombre de conditions :

  • il doit être ressortissant d’un État membre de l’Union européenne [1] ou partie à l’accord sur l’Espace économique européen [2] ;
  • il doit être titulaire de diplômes, certificats, autres titres obtenus dans l’un de ces États ;
  • il doit être établi et exercer légalement la profession concernée dans un État membre autre que la France.

Concernant certaines activités, avant la première prestation de services, il doit adresser une déclaration préalable à l’autorité habilitée, accompagnée de pièces justificatives.
En outre, le prestataire doit apporter la preuve, par tous moyens, qu’il possède une connaissance suffisante de la langue française nécessaire à la réalisation de la prestation.

Logo EtoileCe site regroupe 12 000 programmes, bourses ou aides financières pour les étudiants de 16 pays européens, la plus grande plate forme de l'UE pour rechercher un soutien financier.
La plate forme est gratuite et peut-être utilisée par des étudiants de licence, master ou doctorat. Une version en français est disponible.
