Par . Les concepteurs sont souvent allés trop loin dans la recherche de sophistications pédagogiques dans les produits E-Learning. Pour faire “pédago“, ils ont multiplié les activités pédagogiques, bâti des progressions bien trop compliquées et créé trop souvent de la fausse participation. Il y a certainement une autre voie à explorer, mais encore faut-il aller à l’encontre de certaines idées fausses.
Idée fausse n°1 : le E-Learning est une formation présentielle en temps réduit
A son introduction, fin des années 1990, le E-Learning était porteur d’une promesse aujourd’hui bien oubliée : le E-Learning devait purement et simplement remplacer la formation. De cette croyance de départ, il est resté l’idée selon laquelle le E-Learning n’est rien d’autre qu’une formation présentielle plus courte, plus intensive réalisée sans formateur. Voir l'article...
Les formations peuvent être dispensées suivant différentes modalités pédagogiques.
En présentiel, mode de face à face pédagogique où un enseignant s’adresse directement à vous. Ces rencontres peuvent se faire hors temps de travail (soir et/ou samedi) ou sur le temps de travail (journée).
A distance, mode de formation appelé FAD (Formation A Distance) ou FOAD (Formation Ouverte A Distance) qui vous permet de vous former sans vous déplacer par l’intermédiaire d’une technologie adaptée (web, MOOC, téléphone, messagerie électronique, courrier traditionnel, cd-rom…).
Ces formations intègrent un tutorat par un enseignement référant, des regroupements temporaires, des espaces de discussion pour échanger avec les autres,… Cette modalité permet de moduler le rythme d’apprentissage, de choisir les horaires et les lieux de formation. Voir l'article...
