Il est destiné aux personnes impliquées dans la création et la mise en place de ces programmes de formation dans le cadre du développement professionnel continu (DPC) ou de la formation continue.
Il recense les tendances actuelles et bonnes pratiques en formation initiale et continue et apporte des éléments juridiques pour la diffusion en ligne de données.
