The number of national and regional rankings continues to increase. The Ministry of Education in the Iraqi region of Kurdistan has just published a ranking of public and private universities. The best performer based on the primary criteria was the University of Kurdistan-Hewler (UKH) in Erbil which was in first place for six primary criteria, second for student satisfaction and third for employability.
