Présentiel ou virtuel, même combat ?

Logo Amue Les interactions virtuelles peuvent-elles remplacer une présence physique ? C’est la question que GfK a posé à 27 000 consommateurs à travers 22 pays. Résultats : un quart de la population en ligne considère que les interactions virtuelles, que ce soit avec des lieux ou des personnes, peuvent être aussi qualitatives qu’une présence en personne. Alors, pour 23% des personnes interrogées, une vidéo-conférence, une discussion via Skype ou sur via une messagerie instantanée, a la même valeur qu’une rencontre. 15% des personnes interrogées sont contre cette idée.
