Captée par le système éducatif, la question pédagogique s’est diluée dans le champ de la formation des adultes à la faveur des processus d’autoformation et des logiques prescriptives qui ont caractérisé les dispositifs institutionnels. Les acquis pratiques et théoriques qui avaient caractérisé l’intervention des formateurs d’adultes dans l’après-guerre n’ont pas été réinterrogés ni renouvelés. Les nouveaux modes d’organisation de la formation des adultes ont été appréhendés comme autant d’alternatives aux pratiques pédagogiques des formateurs. L’alternance, l’individualisation, les TIC, les formations multimodales ont été comprises comme des démarches garantissant intrinsèquement la réussite des apprentissages. Voir l'article...
