Évolution des salaires de base par branche professionnelle en 2018 - Légère accélération et pouvoir d’achat stabilisé
Dans les trois quarts des regroupements de branches, le SMB accélère ou progresse au même rythme qu’en 2017, le SMB le plus dynamique demeurant celui des « professions juridiques et comptables », accompagné, en 2018, par celui de la « métallurgie et sidérurgie ». La progression du SMB est moins forte dans les regroupements de branches relevant des services.
L’ampleur des augmentations de minima des accords salariaux de branche est identique à celle de 2017, mais le nombre d’accords signés et le nombre de salariés concernés par un relèvement de minima reculent. En conséquence, l’indice des minima de branche (IMB) ralentit en glissement annuel (+0,8 % au 4e trimestre 2018, après +1,0 % en 2017).
En 2018, les salaires mensuels de base des ouvriers et des cadres sont les plus dynamiques (+1,7 % chacun). Celui des employés progresse au même rythme qu’en 2017 (+1,3 %).
