Un panorama statistique 2018 sur les métiers du sport et de l’animation est publié par les Carif-Oref* de Nouvelle-Aquitaine en partenariat avec la Direction Régionale et Départementale de la Jeunesse, des Sports et de la Cohésion Sociale (DRDJSCS)La loi Formation du 5 mars 2014 a instauré un entretien professionnel pour tous les salariés, centré sur les perspectives d’évolution professionnelle, notamment en termes de qualification et d’emploi.
