Appel à candidatures pour constituer le vivier d’experts étudiants du Hcéres
A partir de septembre 2017, le Hcéres associera des étudiants à ses comités d’experts pour l’évaluation des licences, licences professionnelles et masters des établissements de l’enseignement supérieur public français. Il souhaite pour cela constituer un vivier d’experts étudiants et lance, par la présente note, un appel à candidatures.
Si vous êtes étudiant ou avez été étudiant ces dernières années, et si vous êtes intéressé par assurer une ou plusieurs missions d’expertise au sein du Hcéres pour l’année universitaire 2017-2018, vous pouvez adresser un curriculum vitae et une lettre de motivation,

Si votre candidature est retenue, vous ferez partie du vivier d’experts étudiants du Hcéres et pourrez donc être sollicité pour les comités d’experts.
Description d’une mission d’expertise au sein d’un comité d’experts :Un comité d’experts est en charge de l’expertise d’un « champ de formations » (c’est-à-dire d’un ensemble de formations, reflet d’une thématique de l’établissement évalué). Il est composé de plusieurs membres académiques et/ou issus des milieux socio-économiques ou culturels et donc, à partir de septembre 2017, d’un étudiant.
Tous les membres du comité doivent avoir une bonne connaissance et/ou une expérience personnelle de l’enseignement supérieur français.
Le comité travaille essentiellement sur des dossiers déposés par l’établissement ; il se réunit deux fois au Hcéres (une fois pour être formé à l’évaluation et prendre connaissance des dossiers, une autre fois pour restituer collégialement les résultats des analyses de ses membres) ; une délégation du comité peut, selon les cas, participer à une visite de l’établissement. Pour des raisons déontologiques, un expert ne peut avoir de relation d’intérêts avec l’établissement évalué.
L’expert étudiant participe au même titre que tout expert du comité, à toutes les étapes, incluant la partie rédactionnelle du rapport final.
Les frais de mission (transports et nuitées) sont pris en charge par le Hcéres et les membres du comité perçoivent une indemnité d’expertise.
