Expert meeting of the working party of senior public integrity officials (SPIO)

As part of the OECD public Governance committee network, an expert meeting of the working party of senior public integrity officials (SPIO) took place in Paris (OECD headquarter) on September 30 and October the 1st. First of several preparatory meetings on the update of the 1998 Recommendation on improving ethical conduct in the public service, the general purpose of the meeting was to share feedbacks of national initiatives regarding mechanism ensuring ethics among the public officials. Eight roundtables discussed sixteen issues, with key questions introduced by moderators.
