International seminar on civil service human resources

From 26th to 28th of September, an international seminar supported by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) brought together in Pretoria (South Africa) representatives from South African, German and French ministries in charge of civil service and training schools to exchange views on: “Role, positioning and interventions of National Public Service Organizations on HR matters”.
