L’idée a tout pour plaire : permettre à chacun de faire reconnaître les compétences acquises dans l’exercice de son métier, et obtenir ainsi un diplôme ou un certificat, à l’égal d’une formation classique. C’est la logique de la validation des acquis de l’expérience (VAE), lancée en 2002, et qui permet de décrocher une licence, un master, voire un doctorat. Besoin de reconnaissance, recherche d’emploi, sécurisation de son parcours… Les motivations des candidats sont variées.
