L’apprentissage sur le lieu de travail est plus que l'apprentissage au travail

L’actuel Groupe de travail sur l’apprentissage des adultes dans le cadre stratégique « Education et formation 2020 » se consacre pour le moment à l’apprentissage en milieu de travail. La notion elle-même s’avère difficile à circonscrire car les pratiques politiques sont fragmentaires et il reste de nombreuses inconnues. Au bout du compte, tout enseignement finit par être utile au travail, sur le lieu de travail ou sur le marché de l’emploi. Voir l'article...

Les 17 et 18 janvier prochains auront lieu les Journées Vincent Merle à Pessac (33), tout juste 15 ans après la loi de modernisation sociale. C'est justement sous l'impulsion de Vincent Merle, alors directeur du cabinet de la secrétaire d'État à la formation professionnelle Nicole Péry, que les acquis de l'expérience ont été formalisés - la loi a été baptisée "loi VAE". Spain - OECD stresses benefits of education on employment

HomeThe percentage of young Spaniards between 15 and 29 not in education, employment, or training (NEETs) has decreased. According to OECD’s Education at a glance 2016, there has been a reduction from the peak 25.7%, reached in 2012, to 19.4% in 2015. Although figures indicate a clear improvement, the number of NEETs in Spain is the fourth highest among OECD countries and well above the average rate of 14.5%.
