Prévue par le FONPEPS, Fonds national pour l'emploi pérenne dans le spectacle (Plus d'infos), une aide de l'Etat est créée pour favoriser l'embauche de jeunes artistes diplômés entre le 22 janvier 2017 et le 31 décembre 2018, par les entreprises appartenant aux secteurs de la production cinématographique, de l'audiovisuel ou du spectacle relevant des branches du spectacle. Leur salaire annuel brut initial doit être inférieur à 3 Smic annuel.
Pour un emploi à temps plein, l'aide est égal à 1 000 €/mois pendant 4 mois, renouvelable tous les 12 mois suivant la date de début du contrat, pendant les 3 ans qui suivent la délivrance du diplôme. Pas de cumul possible avec ne autre aide de l'Etat à l'insertion, à l'accès ou au retour à l'emploi.
Le salarié ne doit pas avoir bénéficié d'un contrat ouvrant droit à cette aide dans les 12 mois précédants.
