Le ministère mobilisé contre les violences sexistes et sexuelles, de l'école à l'université

A l’occasion du 25 novembre, journée internationale de lutte contre les violences faites aux femmes, Najat Vallaud-Belkacem s'est rendue au lycée Marcelin Berthelot de Pantin (93), afin de participer à des séquences de formation des personnels de l’établissement au cybersexisme, en partenariat avec le Centre Hubertine Auclert et de sensibilisation des élèves de seconde à l’enjeu de l’égalité entre les filles et les garçons et des violences sexistes et sexuelles dont sont victimes les filles et les femmes. Procès-verbaux et avis du CHSCT MESR - 25.11.2016

A l'issue des séances du CHSCT MESR, un procès-verbal comprenant le compte-rendu des débats et le détail des votes est établi puis signé par le président et par le secrétaire. Il est ensuite transmis aux membres du comité dans le délai d'un mois. Ce procès-verbal est soumis à l'approbation du comité lors de la séance suivante. Voir l'article...

Certificat d'aptitude aux fonctions d'encadrement et de responsable d'unité d'intervention sociale

Un nouvel arrêté rectifie la rédaction de l'arrêté du 8 octobre dernier sur les conditions d'accès au CAFERUIS (voir notre info).
Il est précisé que les candidats titulaires d'un des diplômes d'auxiliaire médical de niveau III n'ont, pour accéder à la formation préparatoire au CAFERUIS à justifier d'aucune expérience professionnelle s'ils occupent une fonction d'encadrement hiérarchique ou fonctionnel dans tout organisme public, privé, associatif relevant du secteur de l'action sociale, médico-social, éducatif, santé ou de l'économie sociale et solidaire.
