Discussions centred on Open Science topics, such as data and tools re-use, reviewing and appropriately crediting multidisciplinary research, and careers. Various research communities were represented, including funders, researchers, publishers, university organisations and proposal evaluators, who all came together to discuss the realities of the changing scientific research environment and to make recommendations on what might be done to adapt research-career evaluation systems and to support multidisciplinary research.
