Garantie jeunes : l’UNML demande que les moyens soient mobilisés et le dispositif administratif simplifié

La nouvelle version d’avant-projet de loi El Khomri généralise la Garantie Jeunes au 1er janvier 2017. Dans ce sens et suite à sa rencontre avec les partenaires sociaux, le Premier Ministre Manuel Valls a annoncé que « la Garantie jeunes va devenir un droit pour tous les jeunes sans emploi ni formation ». Service public régional de l’orientation : expérimentation animation territoriale

Depuis le 1er mars 2016, quatre animatrices territoriales interviennent sur les territoires de Metz, Nancy, Vosges et Lorraine Nord dans le cadre d’une expérimentation du Service public régional de l’orientation (SPRO). Leurs missions principales sont de travailler :
- à la coordination des acteurs du SPRO ;

Pourquoi décrochent-ils et comment les aider à réussir ?

Les élèves en difficulté ne sont pas les moins travailleurs, nous révèle le dernier rapport de PISA 2012, publié par l'OCDE le 10 février 2016. Ce rapport conforte les mauvaises performances et l'inégalité sociale de réussite dans l'école française : le nombre d'élèves français de 15 ans peu performants augmente en mathématiques et en compréhension écrite. L’OCDE analyse les facteurs qui influencent les mauvais résultats et propose des idées de mesures, car « les mauvais résultats scolaires ont des conséquences à long terme pour les individus et pour les pays ».
