Call for applications: international experts of HEI programme accreditation

The National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement (NCEQE) of Georgia has launched a permanent call for international experts of programme accreditation of higher education institutions.
The NCEQE is responsible for external evaluations as well as programme and institutional accreditation in Georgia. Experts will be required to draft external evaluation reports on relevant study programmes of Georgian universities. Applications from experts in the legal, medical and pedagogical studies fields are particularly encouraged.

Update on Recognition of Professional Qualifications

EUA monitors developments on the EU’s legal framework for professional qualifications and has published its 14th update on the topic.
The document, published in February 2016, focuses on the amended Directive 2013/55/EU on the Recognition of Professional Qualifications and provides a detailed update on the key developments that have taken place over the past year. EUA participates in new ET2020

These European Commission (EC) expert groups aim to ensure the exchange of information and experiences among member states on topics related to priorities identified in the ET 2020 strategy. In the kick-off meeting, participants underlined the importance of dialogue and peer-learning in supporting the achievement of jointly set goals.
