La réforme de la formation professionnelle du 5 mars 2014 réduit le nombre d’organismes collecteurs de la taxe d’apprentissage au 1er janvier 2016. Concernant notre secteur du BTP, la profession a choisi de confier à Constructys la collecte de la taxe d’apprentissage.

Le Forco est habilité à collecter la taxe d’apprentissage
Un arrêté du 23 novembre dernier, habilite le Forco, OPCA du Commerce et de la Distribution, à collecter la taxe d’apprentissage.
Cette habilitation entre dans le cadre des dispositions de la loi du 5 mars 2014 qui rationalise le réseau des collecteurs en s’appuyant sur les OPCA au niveau national et les Chambres consulaires au niveau régional à partir de 2016.
Les OPCA deviennent ainsi des organismes collecteurs globaux des fonds de la formation professionnelle ayant pour mission de favoriser le développement de la formation professionnelle et de l'apprentissage. Voir l'article...
