Une procédure de dérogation propre à la fonction publique de l'Etat est mise en place pour permettre aux jeunes âgés d'au moins 15 ans et de moins de 18 ans en situation de formation professionnelle d'effectuer des travaux dits « réglementés » interdits par le code du travail.
