Dix ans d’action publique en faveur de la formation professionnelle des personnes en situation de handicap

Résultat de recherche d'images pour Les personnes en situation de handicap représentent un défi bien particulier pour le secteur de l’éducation des adultes en France. Dans l’hexagone, ce sont deux millions de personnes en âge de travailler qui se déclarent en situation de handicap et qui sont deux fois plus exposées au chômage avec un taux de plus de 20%. De plus, les demandeurs d’emploi cumulent généralement d’autres obstacles à l’insertion professionnelle avec une moyenne d’âge plus élevée, une durée de chômage plus longue et un faible niveau de qualifications - seulement un quart a un niveau supérieur ou égal au bac (voir les chiffres 2015 de l’AGEFIPH - Association Nationale de Gestion du Fonds pour l'Insertion Professionnelle des Personnes Handicapées). Fact Sheet: tackling radicalisation through education and youth policyThis call for proposals will support transnational cooperation projects in the education, training or youth sectors, for developing, testing, evaluating and disseminating innovative approaches – including by supporting grass-root activities - to pursue any of the four objectives above. Supported grass-root activities should show potential for being replicated at a larger scale in similar or different contexts. Cross-sector approaches are encouraged with a view to exploring synergies between education, youth, culture and sport. More...
