Des territoires (ruraux, en mutation, fermés, transfronstaliers, urbains, etc...) qui façonnent des parcours ?

http://rdvacteurs.univ-lorraine.fr/fileadmin/templates/css/style_FILES/header.pngLe GIP LORPM (Lorraine Parcours Métiers) a réalisé une étude en partenariat avec le CEREQ (Centre d’Etude et de Recherche sur les Qualifications) sur l’éventuelle relation entre les parcours des jeunes et leurs territoires. L’échelle territoriale retenue est celle de l’intercommunalité. La source d’information utilisée est l’outil de gestion des Missions Locales dénommé « parcours 3 ».

Est-ce que les politiques publiques sont de nature à compenser une partie des inégalités locales qui freinent l’insertion ?
