A renewed focus on the international student experience
When UKCISA published its Broadening our Horizons report in 2004 - the first in a decade on the experiences of international students in the UK - we found that some 87% were satisfied or very satisfied with the quality of their experiences in UK HE.
Some said this was a good result, as indeed it was, although others asked how a global brand such as Apple or Vodaphone would feel if 13% of their customers were dissatisfied with their product. More...
