Qu’attendent les usagers du SPRO ? Résultats d’une enquête inter-régionale

Enquête inter-régionale auprès des publics du Service Public Régional de l’OrientationDans le cadre de l’expérimentation du service public régional de l’orientation (SPRO), trois régions (Bretagne, Centre et Pays de la Loire) ont souhaité mieux connaitre les  usages et attentes des publics.
Pour ce faire, une enquête inter-régionale,  menée par le cabinet TMO Régions en 2014 a permis d’interroger 1700 personnes par questionnaires, complétée par des tables rondes qualitatives auprès de publics cibles.
Elle révèle les usages et attentes des différents publics (salariés, demandeurs d’emploi, jeunes) sur l’ensemble des phases de l’orientation.
