Préconisations sur la pédagogie numérique : le CESE a rendu son avis
Intitulé « Pédagogie numérique : un défi pour l’enseignement supérieur », l’avis dresse un bilan de l’usage du numérique dans l’enseignement supérieur dans son ensemble et présente des éléments de comparaisons internationales pour établir des préconisations permettant de poser un cadre stratégique (développement, financement…) quant à l’usage du numérique dans l’enseignement supérieur. Dans cette optique, le projet d’avis aborde plusieurs problématiques :
- L’impact en matière de réduction des inégalités culturelles et sociales ;
- Les nouvelles relations pédagogiques et les évolutions des formes d’enseignement que le numérique peut permettre pour favoriser la réussite des étudiants.
- Le développement des usages pédagogiques sur les nouvelles technologies mobiles et la réflexion sur ces nouveaux canaux de distribution ou de diffusion des savoirs ;
- Les dispositifs de formation et d’accompagnement des personnels de l’enseignement supérieur à mettre en œuvre ;
- Les potentialités en matière de développement et de diffusion de la recherche et de la culture française à l’international ;
