Hourly workers in higher ed see 2 percent increase in pay

Recently released data from the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR)’s 2014-15 Non-Exempt Staff in Higher Education Salary Survey show that the median base salaries for hourly workers in higher education increased by 2 percent in 2014.
