US College Ratings May Split into Two

There has been a new development in the efforts of the US Department of Education to produce a new college ratings system. It now seems that the Department is considering creating two separate ratings, one for consumers that would provide basic data and one for educators, administrators and policy experts that would reflect the demographic and social diversity of students and institutions.
