Latvia - present state of structural reforms in vocational education

Estonia - new occupational qualification standards for vocational teachers

Italy - national youth guarantee programme

HomeItaly has started the youth guarantee programme, implementing the EU Council recommendation of 22 April 2013 (2013/C 120/01) and the EU plan to fight youth unemployment.
Actions supported by the youth guarantee programme are aimed at young people aged 15 to 29 years, residing in Italy, either unemployed or not involved in training or education. Les contrats d'aide à l'emploi en 2013

Forte hausse de la part des jeunes, sous l’effet du déploiement des emplois d’avenir

« 538 000 contrats aidés ont débuté en 2013 dont 345 000 nouvelles embauches et 193 000 reconductions de contrats. Le nombre de contrats signés a augmenté de 7 % par rapport à 2012, davantage dans le secteur marchand (+20 %) que dans le secteur non marchand (+5 %), qui regroupe principalement les associations, les établissements publics d’enseignement et les collectivités locales, et emploie les trois quarts des contrats aidés.

Avec la montée en charge des emplois d’avenir, la part des jeunes dans les nouvelles embauches est en forte hausse (+10 points en un an), tandis que la part des seniors diminue malgré un recentrage des contrats uniques d’insertion (CUI) sur les demandeurs d’emploi de très longue durée et les seniors…. 

Les entreprises de moins de 10 salariés sont les principaux employeurs du secteur marchand

Dans le secteur marchand, le tertiaire est le premier employeur de contrats d’aide à l’emploi, tant pour les CUI-CIE que pour les emplois d’avenir :

70 % nouveaux contrats y sont signés (tableau 5).

La part des petites structures augmente à nouveau en 2013, de plus de 2 points : 63 % des employeurs de contrats d’aide à l’emploi dans le secteur marchand ont moins de 10 salariés…. »
