Input needed on an accreditation framework for informal learning through OER and MOOCs

The EC-funded project VMPass is working on creating an accreditation framework in order to recognise virtual mobility and informal or non-formal learning. Learners can get recognition for the learning achievements from OER or MOOCs by way of a "learning passport."
The project has recently published a draft of the guidelines for completing the VMPass learning passport for review and comments from the open education community. More...
