20% du CIR pour les docteurs

Budget du SUP : ça suffit !

Sur le blog "Histoires d'universités" de Pierre Dubois. CNESER, 24 novembre 2014. Motion sur le budget des Universités et de la Recherche, adoptée par 36 voix, 6 abstentions, 7 non participations au vote, 1 contre.
Une seule voix approuvant au CNESER la politique gouvernementale, c’est-à-dire la réduction en euros courants du budget 2015 de l’enseignement supérieur et de la recherche : ça ne s’est jamais vu dans l’histoire de l’instance consultative nationale.
