MOOCs may not have delivered on the revolutionary promise of a free college education for all, but instead, may be evolving into a technology offering solutions for many different types of learners. MOOC-offering companies like Udacity and Thinkful are seeing the value of winnowing down from a one-size-fits-all approach to a targeted strategy of delivering online learning to targeted populations.
