4 Russian Universities Banned From Accepting New Students
Russia's state education watchdog, Rosobrnadzor, has added four universities to a list of educational institutions that will be prohibited from enrolling new students as of this fall, the agency said in a statement Tuesday.
The additions of two universities in Moscow and two in Dagestan bring the list of educational institutions blacklisted in recent days to 12. The capital-based universities include the Moscow Institute of Entrepreneurship and Law and the Institute of Foreign Languages. Les statuts de la COMUE ont été adoptés par le CA du 11 juillet 2014, à l’exception du C.N.R.S. qui les votera le 30 octobre prochain ; ils seront soumis à l’avis du CNESER le 6 novembre.
La COMUE U.P.L. comprend 3 membres (dont le C.N.R.S., à compter du mois d’octobre prochain), et 10 associés dont 2, relevant du M.E.N.E.S.R.ont un volet spécifique dans le contrat du site U.P.L. (l’un d’eux sera élaboré au cours de l’année 2014-2015, celui de l’ENS LL).
