« Publics concernés : personnes bénéficiant à la fois du revenu de solidarité active (RSA) et de l'allocation de soutien familial (ASF) ou du complément familial (CF).

Objet : neutralisation, pour la détermination des ressources prises en compte pour le calcul du RSA, de la revalorisation exceptionnelle de l'ASF et de la majoration du CF.

Entrée en vigueur : le texte entre en vigueur le 1er avril 2014.

Notice explicative : au 1er avril 2014, l'ASF fait l'objet d'une revalorisation exceptionnelle et une majoration du complément familial est créée. Afin que ces mesures bénéficient effectivement aux familles les plus modestes qui perçoivent le revenu de solidarité active, le présent décret exclut cette revalorisation et cette majoration de la base ressources prise en compte pour le calcul du RSA…. »
