A record number of foreign students are enrolled at American colleges and universities in 2012 — led by hundreds of thousands of Chinese — while, at the same time, more American students are studying abroad than ever before, according to a new report. The annual report, released Monday by the Institute of International Education,  says that a record high of 819,644 international students came to U.S. schools  in the 2012-13 academic year — 7 percent higher than the year before.
