Universities need to embrace a feedback culture

In his recent article for the Telegraph, David Willetts warned that "the pendulum has swung too far away from teaching" in higher education, and argued that "students and parents are right to demand that teaching and feedback must be centre stage".
I am pleased to see this attention deservedly placed on the need to prioritise the quality of teaching in UK universities – after all, is this not their primary function, to educate future generations? Read more...
