En 2011, parmi les femmes âgées de 20 à 64 ans ayant achevé leur formation initiale, 67 % ont un emploi : c'est 9 points de moins que les hommes. En équivalent temps plein (ETP), le taux d'emploi des femmes n'est plus que de 59 % et l'écart atteint 15 points par rapport aux hommes. L'écart est important mais se resserre entre 2003 et 2011 : le taux d'emploi en ETP des femmes augmente de 1 point quand celui des hommes recule de 3 points. Les taux d'emploi augmentent fortement chez les personnes de 55 à 64 ans, hommes comme femmes. Le taux d'emploi des jeunes se dégrade ; pour les jeunes femmes peu diplômées, le temps partiel est souvent subi.

Raspberry Pi is a small, inexpensive computer created in the U.K. for programming students. The device can work as a substitute for a desktop tower. It comes complete with audio and visual input, USB, HDMI, and Ethernet ports and slots to hook up a mouse and keyboard.

Now, at age 24, she makes $110,000 a year. Michael Gardner just graduated from City College in New York with a degree in psychology. He applied for more than 100 jobs, had trouble getting interviews and worked at Home Depot to make ends meet.
