The Asia Pacific Academic Recognition Network (APARNET) was established to facilitate discussion and the exchange of information amongst the National Information Centres of the UNESCO Regional Convention on the Recognition of Studies, Diplomas and Degrees in Higher Education in Asia and the Pacific.
