IAU Horizons, vol. 18.3 & 19.1 has been sent out and is now available online. The In Focus section includes an overview report of the IAU 14th General Conference that took place last November at the Inter American University of Puerto Rico on: Higher Education and the Global Agenda – Alternative Paths to the Future. In addition, it includes details of the new IAU President and Administrative Board; details of the IAU Plan of Action 2012 – 2016; and a selection of papers on the theme by regional Experts (NB: the papers presented at the General Conference are still available online for you to read).
