The 3rd conference of the Indian Ocean Comparative Education Society (IOCES) will be held at the Faculty of Education of Khon Kaen University (Thailand) under the theme “Challenging education for future change”.This event wants to promote the implementation and improvement of programmes of research and studies run by academic institutions in the fields of History, Philosophy, Politics, Economics, Sociology, Psychology, Religion, and Literature of Education. Furthermore, it also wants to encourage organizing scientific meetings, conferences, and congresses at the international level.
