New Tools for VET: Conference on ECVET and EQARF, May 20, 2009, Prague. This conference is a launching event aiming to promote new tools for vocational education and training - European Credit System for Vocational Education and Training (ECVET) and European Quality Assurance Reference Framework for Vocational Education and Training (EQARF). It will provide an opportunity for specific interest groups and decision makers to meet and discuss the implementation of the above tools. Moreover, the conference will deal with reports on the existing use of these frameworks and other European tools for VET, best practice examples and problems related to the evaluation of training institutions. The event is prepared with financial contribution from the European Commission (Directorate-General for Education and Culture).
