Rupture conventionnelle du contrat de travail : les salariés peuvent bénéficier de l'ARE

Prenant en compte les dispositions de l’accord interprofessionnel du 11 janvier 2008, la loi du 25 juin 2008 portant modernisation du marché du travail a crée un nouveau mode de rupture du contrat de travail à durée indéterminée : la rupture conventionnelle. Les salariés peuvent bénéficier de l'allocation d'aide au retour à l'emploi (ARE). Les gestionnaires de l'Unédic ont modifié le 21 juin le règlement de l’assurance Chômage pour intégrer cette nouvelle catégorie de bénéficiaires potentiels.
